We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.
When you connect an email account, we access it only for the purpose of sending and receiving warmup emails. We use OAuth for Gmail and Outlook, and encrypted IMAP/SMTP credentials for other providers. We do not read, store, or share your personal emails.
We use your information to provide the email warmup service, process payments, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Email credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
